I left DC early Wednesday morning for NYC!!

Wednesday last week was filled with lots of education happening at WPPIU (thanks again, creativeLIVE!). I got to see Jerry Ghionis speak–I never knew he was so hilarious! He taught us a lot about bringing authentic emotion in photography.

Jason Groupp gave a great seminar, and so did Jeremy Cowart, who gave a great presentation on how photographers can use their talents to create social change. =). Then I listened to a presentation by Dennis Reggie, who had a rather unconventional but welcomed view on the wedding photography industry.

I finished out the evening at a delicious dinner with friends =).

Nothing could have prepared me for what happened on Thursday…
